Kids Riding Week
Once a year we organise a fully supervised unaccompanied children's break thanks to a partnership with Miresfield Farm Bed & Breakfast. This riding week for 11-16 year olds.
Arrive Monday morning (or Sunday evening for additional £25) leave Friday approx. 5pm.
Week involves;
- Group lessons with some optional private tuition
- Trekking from 1hr to 5 hrs
- Stable management
- Quizzes
- Picnic rides
- Bareback riding
- Competitions & Show day
- The extra tasty YDTC barbecue
Wake up each morning to a Miresfield Farm breakfast to set you up for the day. Catch your ponies and the fun starts! Full day of Dales ponies & riding. Settle down to a hearty tea & then join back up for the evening entertainment - we guarantee you'll sleep at the end of each day. All staff British Equestrian Tourism qualified. Excellent care provided.
Options; Bring parents too! - Plenty of walking & attractions in the area.
The week involves a great mix of tuition & trekking out to end the week with a friendly competition. We blend the fun of having a Dales pony for the week with exploring the beautiful surrounding area
